New in November, Thankful

Thanksgiving is here...

...and we're so full of thanks. Six months since launch, we never could have predicted the profound enjoyment we would feel from interacting with all the wonderful clients, friends, designers, architects, artists, makers, and business partners we've met along the way. Building a business, this business, in this community, with "local roots and global branches" as the fine folks at SCAD would say, is the best decision we've ever made.

Womb Chair in Knoll Luxe Worth Mist at Palette and ParlorOne particularly fond memory we're thankful for is the first Womb Chair we sold this summer to a delightful couple in Durham. Married for more than 50 years, they used to import furniture directly from Copenhagen in the 1960s via an old tobacco trading route. They spoke with pride about their furniture that had stood the test of time, including an original Hans Wegner Credenza with roller shutter doors. The Womb they selected, adorned in the most beautiful upholstery called Worth Mist by Proenza Schouler for KnollLuxe Textiles, was a birthday gift from the husband to his lovely wife. We are so privileged to have met and befriended them.

Since then, we've had many more reasons to be thankful as our business has grown. We've recently added some great new products and beautiful artwork in our studio. Here's what's new, and what's in store:
